Life is better when you’re not just Doing Time
You will hear a lot of claims about what exercise is for, what is the right way to approach it, which exercises are best, and all too much more. It’s an overwhelming rush of programs, food timing, equipment, the BEST this to get the QUICKEST that.
But it doesn’t really matter much what your workout is, or whether it’s in your living room, outdoors, or in a gym (or a little of any two — or all three). It doesn’t really matter whether you have a specific performance goal, train for big events, or just get the minimum recommended exercise levels.
Regular activity improves your energy level and helps you sleep more restfully. It helps you keep up with your kids, and can help manage diabetes and reduce the risk of heart disease. It can provide a break in a hectic day, time to think, and plain old stress relief. It keeps you from just sitting in a box all day long.
